This is a static consulting site for Biosync. It does not run analytics, advertising pixels, or a backend form processor. What we receive is only what you choose to email us.
What this site collects
The public pages are static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We do not set analytics cookies, do not embed a tag manager, and do not load third-party tracking scripts.
The inquiry form on the homepage does not submit to a server. It opens your email client with a pre-filled message to hello@bio-sync.tech. If you never send that email, we receive nothing.
Email we receive
If you write to us — including discovery calls, project inquiries, and NDA requests — we keep the correspondence so we can respond and, if we work together, run the engagement. We use that inbox for Biosync business only.
Do not send protected health information (PHI), identifiable patient records, or other regulated datasets through the public form or an ordinary email. If a project needs data, we execute an NDA first, and a BAA when PHI is in scope, then agree a channel (typically your cloud tenancy).
NDA and project data
Scientific data, code, and unpublished results sit under the engagement NDA and statement of work — not under this privacy page. We do not take custody of regulated data unless the workflow requires it.
Hosting and your browser
The host that serves these files may keep ordinary web-server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). We do not use those logs for marketing profiles. Your browser also stores whatever it stores for any website (cache, scroll position). We do not read that.
Links to public resources
Pages may link to public scientific resources (GEO, TCGA, MIMIC, and similar). Those sites have their own policies. Linking to a corpus is not a statement that we have a commercial relationship with its operators.
Smriti
Smriti is Biosync’s self-hosted product. It is designed to run on your hardware against your database file. The public demo is illustrative. Do not send protected health information (PHI) through the public inquiry form, ordinary email, or the public demo.
Requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete inquiry email that did not become an engagement, write to hello@bio-sync.tech with the subject “Privacy request”.
