These pages describe Biosync consulting and Smriti, a self-hosted software product. They are not medical advice, not a medical device claim, and not a channel for regulated data.

Who we are

Biosync provides scientific consulting in multi-omics, healthcare data analysis, and biomedical knowledge graphs. The public site is https://bio-sync.tech. Business email is hello@bio-sync.tech, including NDA requests.

What this site is — and is not

• It describes services, representative methods, and Smriti, a self-hosted software product. It is not an offer of clinical care, laboratory work, or a guarantee of a scientific or business outcome.
• Nothing here is a regulatory submission, an IND/NDA package, or legal advice. We do not own those filings. We supply analysis and methods that the sponsor’s team can use.
• Representative work on the homepage describes problem shapes and methods we ship. It is not a list of named clients, logos, or endorsements.

Inquiries

Sending a message through the homepage form or to hello@bio-sync.tech is a request to talk. It does not create a consulting contract. Paid work starts only when both sides sign a statement of work (and, where needed, an MSA).

Do not include PHI, identifiable patient data, or unpublished sequences you are not authorized to share in an inquiry. We will not treat unsolicited public email as a secure data drop.

NDA, BAA, and data

Before any scientific files move, we execute an NDA. Engagements that involve PHI are scoped under a signed BAA and typically run inside your HIPAA-eligible cloud tenancy. Until those documents are in place, do not send the data.

Smriti

Smriti is a Biosync product described on this site. The public demo is hosted separately and is not a BAA environment. Do not put PHI in the demo or in a public inquiry. Self-hosted deployments, licenses, and support are scoped in writing — this page is not a software license.

Intellectual property

For contracted work: you own deliverables and analyses specific to your data and hypothesis. Biosync retains general-purpose methods and tooling that pre-exist the engagement or are built independently — unless a signed SOW says otherwise. That split is written into every engagement, not implied by this website.

Accuracy of the site

We try to keep this site accurate. Methods, public corpora, and service descriptions can change. If something on a page conflicts with a signed SOW, the SOW governs.

Liability

The public pages are provided as-is for information. We are not liable for decisions made solely on marketing copy. Contracted work is governed by the SOW, including any limitation of liability agreed there.
